So k\u00f6nnen innerer Stress reduziert und Regenerationsprozesse angeschoben werden. Faszienrollen, Igelb\u00e4lle und andere Hilfsmittel kommen zum Einsatz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somatisches Faszientraining empfiehlt sich bei Verspannungen, Stress, chronischen Schmerzen, Arthrosen und nach Operationen oder Unf\u00e4llen \u2013 oder einfach generell zur St\u00e4rkung unseres zentrierten K\u00f6rpergef\u00fchls und unserer Balance \u2013 und sch\u00fctzt uns damit auch vor Verletzungen.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SOMATIC PILATES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Somatic Pilates ist f\u00fcr alle geeignet. Dieses sanfte und k\u00f6rperbewusste Krafttraining der K\u00f6rpermitte ber\u00fccksichtigt auch Vorerkrankungen der Wirbels\u00e4ule oder anderer Bereiche des K\u00f6rpers. Durch den Aufbau der Tiefenmuskulatur und die St\u00e4rkung des Fasziengewebes k\u00f6nnen sich Verspannungen l\u00f6sen und die Gelenke zentriert werden.
