Pilates

… is an effective training for strength and mobility developed by Joseph Pilates.
Muscle groups of the center of the body are activated and strengthened with focus on improving posture and stability. New muscle relationships can be developed in our body and asymmetries or tensions in our body reduced.
These new learned movement patterns can be applied in all other activities.
